Combined Entrance Test (CET-BED) 2025 for admission into a two-year regular B.Ed. program in government and private institutes across Bihar. Eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply online through the official website biharcetbed-lnmu.in from 04th April 2025 to the last date of application submission on 02nd May 2025. • SC/ ST Candidates: Rs. 500/-

Eligibility Criteria for Bihar CET BEd Entrance Exam 2025

For Regular Education Mode:

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• A minimum of 50% marks in either of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) OR
  • Master’s Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Commerce
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) specializing in Science and Mathematics must have at least 55% marks.
• Any other equivalent qualification as recognized by a competent authority is also considered eligible for admission into the Two-Year B.Ed. Programme (CET-B.Ed.).

For Shiksha Shastri (Sanskrit B.Ed.):

Candidates applying for the Shiksha Shastri (Sanskrit B.Ed.) program must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• A minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit as the main subject, OR
• A Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ Acharya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra with 50% marks.
• Candidates holding a Shastri B.A. degree (including Sanskrit subject) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution with a two-year course are eligible.
• Candidates who have completed Acharya (First Year) MA (Sanskrit) must pass the bridge course for the first year.
• The marks obtained in Acharya First Year or MA First Year will not be considered for percentage determination.
