SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2025
Nationality
Candidate must be: SSC CHSL Notification 2025
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee (before 1st Jan 1962), or
- A PIO migrated from select countries to settle in India
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2026)
- 18 to 27 years
- Candidates born between 02-01-1999 and 01-01-2008 are eligible
Age Relaxation:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years (further relaxation as per category)
Educational Qualification (As on 01/01/2026)
- For DEO in certain departments: 12th pass in Science stream with Math
- For all other posts: 12th pass from a recognized board
