General Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Odia.
- Should have passed any one of the following:
- Middle School Examination with Odia as a subject.
- HSC with Odia as medium of instruction.
- Odia subject in Class VII final exam.
- Odia test conducted by the School & Mass Education Dept., Govt. of Odisha.
