Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
1. Junior Stenographer – EIC, Water Resources
- Qualification: Passed HSC Examination or equivalent. Must have completed ITI in Stenography and possess a certificate in Basic Computer Skills.
- Age Limit: 21 to 32 years.
2. Junior Stenographer – Advocate General
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Must have shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in both English and Odia and have adequate knowledge of computer applications.
- Age Limit: 21 to 32 years.
3. Junior Stenographer – Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection
- Qualification: Passed +2 examination in Arts/Science/Commerce or equivalent. Must have shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in English and Odia along with computer application knowledge.
- Age Limit: 18 to 32 years.
4. Junior Grade Typist – Directorate of Prisons and Correctional Services
- Qualification: Passed HSC Examination or equivalent and possess a certificate in Basic Computer Skills.
- Age Limit: 18 to 32 years.
5. Typist-cum-Scribe Assistant – Law Department
- Qualification: Passed +2 in any discipline or equivalent examination. Should have typing speed of 40 wpm in English and 20 wpm in Odia and possess basic knowledge in computer applications.
- Age Limit: 21 to 32 years.
